With the Patriots losing both starting WRs this season, Tom Brady turned his attention the the TEs and he got good results out of them. They caught 81 passes for 1,037 yards and 6 TD catches as a unit….which is fantastic.
Ben Watson led the way for the Patriots TEs. He played in 13 games (all starts) and he caught 49 passes for 643 yards (13.1 avg) with 3 TD grabs. For his career, Watson has played in 29 games (23 starts) and he has caught 80 passes for 1,100 yards (13.8 avg) with 7 TD catches.
Daniel Graham played in 12 games (11 starts) and he caught 21 passes for 235 yards (11.2 avg) with 2 TD catches. For his career, Graham has played in 63 games (49 starts) and he has caught 120 passes for 1,393 yards (11.6 avg) with 17 TD catches.
Rookie David Thomas also did a decent job as a rookie. He played in 15 games (3 starts) and he caught 11 passes for 159 yards (14.5 avg) with 1 TD catch.
