The New England Patriots waive WR Chad Jackson

The Patriots have waived WR Chad Jackson.  Jackson played in all 4 preseason games for the Patriots this season and he caught 7 passes for 66 yards (9.4 avg) with 2 TD grabs.  But, Jackson was a huge bust when the games counted for the Patriots and that’s the reason they got rid of him.  Jackson played in 14 games in his career for the Patriots (2 years) and he caught 13 passes for 152 yards (11.7 avg) with 3 TD grabs.  He also carried the football 4 times for 22 yards (5.5 ypc).  The Patriots should have known better than to take a WR from Florida in the NFL Draft as a lot of them are vastly overrated.
